Die umfassende Integration von Nachhaltigkeit entlang der Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette hat als Resultat, dass es Kompromisse nicht nur zwischen den drei Sph\u00e4ren der Nachhaltigkeit gibt, sondern auch innerhalb jeder einzelnen Sph\u00e4re. Wenn etwas an einer Dimension eines Gesch\u00e4ftsmodells ge\u00e4ndert wird, hat das direkte Auswirkungen auf zwei Sph\u00e4ren der Nachhaltigkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ein Beispiel zur Veranschaulichung:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Die<strong> Sph\u00e4ren beeinflussen sich untereinander,<\/strong> beispielsweise hat der Fokus auf m\u00f6glichst viel Profit zur Folge, dass der Fokus auf Umweltschutz nachl\u00e4sst.<br>Um zu verstehen, <strong>wie die Dimensionen sich auf die Sph\u00e4ren auswirken<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen folgende Beispiele betrachtet werden: <br>Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Reduzierung des Wasserverbrauchs im Herstellungsprozess einer Jeans (Dimension &#8222;How&#8220;) haben Auswirkungen auf den Profit (z. B. durch die Kosten f\u00fcr nachhaltigere Methoden) und auf den Planeten (durch geringeren Wasserverbrauch). <br>Die Umstellung von Pappbecher auf wiederverwendbare oder recyclebare Materialien im Produktdesign (Dimension &#8222;Was&#8220;) hat direkte Auswirkungen auf den Planeten (z. B. durch die Reduzierung von M\u00fcll) und auf die Menschen (z. B. durch die Umgew\u00f6hnung an neue Produkte).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color\"><strong>Impact on People<\/strong> (Resultat aus <em>What<\/em> und <em>Value<\/em>)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Welchen Einfluss und welche (beabsichtigen oder unbeabsichtigten) Nebeneffekte hat das Produkt auf Menschen?<br>Wieso ist das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell finanziell rentabel und inwiefern betrifft das die Kunden? Eine m\u00f6gliche Auswirkung des Finanzierungsmodells k\u00f6nnte sein, dass das Produkt in Verf\u00fcgbarkeit und Zug\u00e4nglichkeit eingeschr\u00e4nkt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color\"><strong>Impact on Planet<\/strong> (Resultat aus <em>What<\/em> und <em>How<\/em>)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Was bieten wir unseren Kunden in der Lieferkette an (z.B. Materialzusammensetzung), und woraus besteht das Design (z.B. Materialwahl)? Wie erstellen wir unsere Produkte (z.B. Herstellungsmethoden) und wie stellen wir sie bereit (z.B. Auswahl der Logistik)?<br>Die Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt k\u00f6nnen durch die Materialwahl beeinflusst werden, indem z.B. toxische Materialien vermieden werden.
